How quickly can you come out?
We keep same-day and next-day openings in most of the cities we serve. Call before noon for the best chance at a same-day visit.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
Yes. A flat diagnostic fee covers the visit and a full inspection. If you go ahead with the repair, that fee is applied to your total.
Which brands do you repair?
Samsung, LG, Bosch, GE, Maytag, Panasonic, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Electrolux, Miele, Sub-Zero, Viking and Thermador, plus most other household brands. If yours isn't listed, call and ask.
Do you guarantee the work?
Every repair includes a warranty on both parts and labor. The terms are written on your invoice.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
Repair usually makes sense when it costs less than half of a comparable new unit and the appliance is under ten years old. If it isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you.
Do you work on gas appliances?
Yes, we service gas and electric ranges, ovens and dryers. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility before anything else.
